Briquetter for producing briquettes of 2.7 gm weight each having size 24 x 11 x 6 mm ( L x W x D)  from the mixture of UREA + DAP ,mixed in 60:40 proportion by weight.These briquettes are produced on the machine called KRANTI BRIQUETTER by the application of dry compression principle,as per technology developed by Agri Scientist Dr.N.K.SAWANT in MAHARASHTRA.

 TECHNICAL DETAILS-

• POWER SOURCE- 5HP,3PH.1440 RPM electric motor.
• GEAR BOX- Inline planetary gear box.
• OUTPUT- 250Kg./Hr.
• Briquetting dies made of HARDENED HCHC STEEL.
• Parts coming in constant contact of the fertilizer are powder coated and made of stainless steel wherever possible.
• Machine has wheels hence can be pushed or pulled any where on level floor.
• Max. Weight – 450Kg.
• Dimensions-  1000mm X 600mm X 1500mm
